Game of Thrones Fandom Giveaway Prizes

So, even though the series ended suckily (I know. Not a real word.) it's still cool to win stuff! Here's a bit more about the event and a peek at some of the prizes.

The event begins this Saturday, June 1st, so be sure to mark your calendars. Everyone wins because when you sign up for an author's newsletter, you get free books. In addition to books, we've got "Game of Thrones" related prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. In fact, when I was doing my research, I couldn't resist buying a few for myself! After you take a look at these teasers (these are a few of the actual prizes), be sure to check out the video. I think this guy summarized it perfectly.

If you're in the mood to laugh with another "Game of Thrones" lover, take a look at this.

Watch my website and social media posts for the landing page link. Hope to see you Saturday!

One passionate decision can be hell for an archangel
Gabriel’s mission from God was simple. At least that’s what he thought, until Helen Warner, his charge, loses her husband in the cataclysmic disaster perpetuated by Asmodeus, the ruthless demon of lust. Unable to stand by and watch while Helen plummets, losing her faith and her will to live, Gabriel defies the rules that have governed his entire existence and plunges to earth with no regard for the consequences.
Problem? Intervening without God’s permission sets him on a dangerous course rife with deadly distractions and pitfalls, and now, his immortal soul hangs in the balance. His life becomes even more complicated when he befriends NarsaĆ©, a beautiful, powerful, yet untrained force in her own right.
Pitted against Asmodeus and his army of demons, unexpected human emotions—jealousy, doubt, even love—threaten his most basic beliefs. Gabriel must protect those he has come to love and unite the warring factions against their common enemy, Asmodeus, while controlling the foreign, often debilitating emotions that torment him.
Can Gabriel save their home, all the besieged residents, and Watchtower 11, sending Asmodeus and his army of demons to a fiery Hell? Failure means certain death for all.
But Gabriel must face an even more difficult challenge than war and death—will he risk Heaven, immortality, and his very soul for the love of NarsaĆ©?

BAD MOMMIES Mother's Day Contest Winner

I hope you had a fabulous mother's day. I decided to do something a little different this year to celebrate, so I hosted a bad mommies contest via my newsletter (book club) and Facebook. More about the contest in a moment. I enjoyed spending a little down time with my family, and my mom and I talked about her mom while we celebrated the day. Even though her mother (my grandmother) has passed on, she says the day is a joyous occasion for her because she has so many beautiful memories. She had an exceptional mother who supported and encouraged her to pursue her dreams.

My grandmother moved in with us after my grandfather passed. I was still very young, less than 2-years-old, so I grew up in an extended family. The additional support of having my grandmother in the same household helped shape my perspective, my sense of value, and offered wisdom that only comes with age and experience.  She extended to us the same support and encouragement she showed my mother, and I know that I wouldn't be the same person if it had not been for her love.

That said, not all mothers are shining stars, to say the least. Thus, the bad mommies mother's day contest:

Original Facebook post:
In honor of Mother's Day, I'm hosting a BAD MOMMIES contest! Winner will receive a signed paperback of "Devil's Claim," "Death's Shadow," or "Calm Assurance," winner's choice.
