What do you look
for in a good book?
Fantastic characters. They don't have to be relatable either. They just have to be awesome.

Along that same
line, what are some of your favorite resources?
The book blogs are still the best resource for me. They represent the readers, and if you want to know all about the literary happenings and stay on top of the trends, then you better follow at least sixty different book blogs, which I do.

What lifts your
spirits when you’re discouraged?
A glass of wine and a good book or movie always lifts my spirits when I'm down. Sometimes a phone call to a good friend does the trick too.

Describe your ideal reader. What do they look
for in books? What unique qualities do they find in your stories/writing?
My ideal reader has an elusive imagination that can't be controlled. They dream big and to them, fantasy is just a reality that hasn't been discovered yet.
