Tango-a-Tango
“Late again.”
“Don’t look at me. I’m not the one who kept running
back to…”
“To change, Ron! To change!”
“We’re here.
Don’t make us later than we already are. We do this every time.”
“I’m sitting here until you at least open
my damn door.”
Ron walked around and swung the door open, giving
Tess a once over as she swung a long, shapely leg from the Benz, stepped around
him, and strutted toward the entrance.
The roar of the crowd greeted them, their cue music
starting just as they walked in and stepped onto the dance floor. Tess
wrapped her leg around Ron’s, both reminded of the tango, on and off the floor.
